Associa Names Kevin Caruso CEO of Association Services, Inc.

Hilton Head, S.C. February 24, 2009 – Associa, the nation’s leading community association management company, recently promoted Kevin Caruso to Chief Executive Officer over Association Services, Inc. of Hilton Head (ASI). As CEO, Mr. Caruso will be responsible for daily operations of the three ASI locations, supervision of management services, marketing and new client relations.
Mr. Caruso, a Principal at Island Regime Management (IRM), joined Associa in late 2006 when Associa acquired IRM and merged operations with Association Services, Inc. to create a stronger management presence in Hilton Head and Bluffton.
Mr. Caruso has over 25 years of real estate, property, community association and business management experience. Mr. Caruso has previously held the position of President and CEO at several community management firms, successfully managing the operations and establishing those firms as experts in their respective markets.
