Free Homeowner Board Member Seminar Hosted by Association Services, Inc.
Association Services, Inc. helps educate homeowner association board members
Hilton Head, S.C. October 23, 2009 – Association Services, Inc. (ASI), an Associa Company, will be hosting a free Homeowner Association Board Seminar and Vendor Fair at Sea Pines Plantation on Thursday, November 12, 2009 from 4pm – 8pm. This free seminar and vendor fair are open to board members from self or professionally managed associations.
Board members will hear from industry professionals attorney Terry Finger and attorney Julie Serafino. Mr. Finger will be speaking on timely issues and challenges that face associations today. Ms. Serafino will be speaking about association challenges with foreclosures and collections as well as current trends in today’s community association industry.
The Vendor Fair will be immediately after the Board Seminar; board members will be able to meet some of the top service and product suppliers in the area. There will also be a silent auction with proceeds benefiting Associa Cares, a non profit organization devoted to helping families in times of crisis. Light food will be served and a cash bar will be available.
Associa Cares is a national non-profit organization with a mission to lend support and assistance to families devastated from natural and man made disasters. Donations provided by individuals and events such as this allows Associa Cares to provide necessary goods and services to families and communities in crisis.
