Sharron McCormick - President & CEO

Sharron McCormick is a Michigan native residing in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Sharron has worked in the real estate industry for the past 30 years. For 15 years she was the Operations Manager for the largest full service real estate firm in Ann Arbor, MI. Sharron helped the growth of the real estate firm from 2 offices to 7. Her responsibility included supervision of daily operations for each office and supervision of the property management division. Her management experience includes condominiums, single individual homes, light industrial, and office space including a 10 story building.

For the past 15 years, Sharron has enjoyed working in the community management business also in Ann Arbor. The last 10 years she served as Vice President of an office with a 120 property portfolio and a staff of 25. Sharron held an Associate Broker's real estate license in Michigan and earned her Professional Community Association Management designation in 1998.

Kevin Caruso - Vice President

Kevin Caruso is an Ohio native currently residing in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Kevin is an experienced real estate, property, and business manager, with 25 years of experience in these fields. Kevin’s previous business management experience included the position of President and CEO for thirteen years; he was fully responsible for operations and profits of a 300-employee wholesale distribution business based in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has also held an Ohio and South Carolina real estate license.

Upon relocating to Hilton Head, Kevin purchased the assets and interests of Island Regime Management, a property management firm established on the island in 1979. Kevin helped to grow the firm from a handful of small properties to over 20 contracts by 2006. In late 2006, Kevin and Island Regime Management joined with Associa, merging into Association Services’ offices and combining contracts, staff, and philosophies.
